At the moment, the sitting corner in our living room cosists of only a Chesterfield sofa and a very small side table. Which is very inconvenient when we have visitors over and I want to serve snacks. Because our side table is already full when everyone’s drinks are on it, haha! So for a while now, I’ve had the idea to make this corner a bit more cosy and complete. First of all, I would like to get a rug. And on that rug I want to place a vintage (or vintage looking) trunk as a coffee table. Fortunately, my boyfriend likes this idea. Now all we have to do is find a rug and a vintage trunk. Which is actually harder than you would think, because I’m pretty specific about how I want the trunk to look. But we will find one in the end! So today, I’m sharing some interior inspiration with you in which a trunk is used as a coffee table! What do you think of this idea?
So, what do you think of the trunk as a coffee table idea?
