How was your weekend? I do certainly hope it was better than mine, because I spent most of mine in bed, on a couch, and trying to find a way to eat and actually keeping it in… Yep, I’m pretty sick! There’s a flu epidemic going on in the Netherlands, and I seem to have been one of the lucky ones to have catched it. It’s slowly getting better, but every time I think it’s going pretty good again, and I go out to do something I get sick again. So I guess it’s time for a little rest, some more rest, and then rest some more, haha! But on a more happy note; I’m in love with this new salopette skirt I received from Alice’s Pig! I really like the touch the braces give to this skirt. But if they don’t go with your outfit, you can also remove them, and wear it like a regular skirt. For this look, I decided to go for a cute, meets casual, meets Parisian combo. It was one of those cold days, where all you want is to wear a big cosy knit. And luckily, that knit looked great with the skirt, haha! Add some black tights, black heels and a beret, and suddenly it feels like you put in some real effort. But still you’re feeling super cosy in your knit! Yay for that! So, what do you think of this salopette skirt, and the way I wore it? :-)
